Possui trajet\u00f3ria acad\u00eamica marcada pela forma\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos humanos, coordena\u00e7\u00e3o de projetos, capta\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos, estrutura\u00e7\u00e3o de laborat\u00f3rios e consolida\u00e7\u00e3o de colabora\u00e7\u00f5es nacionais e internacionais. Realizou p\u00f3s-doutorado na Harvard University (USA) e na University of Calgary (CAN), al\u00e9m de colabora\u00e7\u00f5es em pesquisa na Pennsylvania State University (USA), Wayne State University (USA) e Hamad bin Khalifa University (QAT). Na Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o Geral de Pesquisa, sua atua\u00e7\u00e3o busca contribuir para o fortalecimento de uma pol\u00edtica institucional de pesquisa no CMM, promovendo a integra\u00e7\u00e3o entre pesquisadores, grupos e laborat\u00f3rios, o compartilhamento e a expans\u00e3o da infraestrutura cient\u00edfica, a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de redes de colabora\u00e7\u00e3o e a amplia\u00e7\u00e3o da participa\u00e7\u00e3o do Centro em oportunidades de financiamento. Doutorou-se em F\u00edsica, em 2014, pelo Centro Brasileiro de Pesquisas F\u00edsicas (CBPF). Entre 2014 e 2022, realizou P\u00f3s-doutorado no Brasil, na Espanha e no Peru, desenvolvendo uma trajet\u00f3ria marcada pela colabora\u00e7\u00e3o multidisciplinar e internacional. Entre 2018 e 2025, trabalho em projetos de pesquisa e desenvolvimento (P&amp;D) para a Petrobras, ampliando sua experi\u00eancia em pesquisa aplicada, desenvolvimento tecnol\u00f3gico e intera\u00e7\u00e3o entre universidade e ind\u00fastria. Na Vice-Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o Geral de Pesquisa do Centro Multidisciplinar UFRJ-Maca\u00e9, pretende promover a uni\u00e3o entre as pesquisas desenvolvidas nas \u00e1reas de engenharia, qu\u00edmica, farm\u00e1cia, nutri\u00e7\u00e3o, enfermagem e medicina, estimulando a estrutura\u00e7\u00e3o de pesquisas de car\u00e1ter transversal.
