Maca\u00e9:<\/p><p>1 &#8211; O interessado dever\u00e1 solicitar junto ao Setor de Patrim\u00f4nio a Autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de Movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o (AM), preferencialmente atrav\u00e9s do <a href=\"https:\/\/atendimento.macae.ufrj.br\/open.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Help Patrim\u00f4nio (clique aqui)<\/a> ou em \u00faltimo caso para o e-mail: patrimonio@macae.ufrj.br, com anteced\u00eancia m\u00ednima de 24 horas (para eventos em finais de semana, a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e1 ter anteced\u00eancia de 48 horas);<br \/>1.1 &#8211; A solicita\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e1 conter:<br \/>a) nome e SIAPE do solicitante<br \/>b) n\u00famero de patrim\u00f4nio do bem a ser movimentado;<br \/>c) informar se a movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 permanente ou transit\u00f3ria e se haver\u00e1 mudan\u00e7a de responsabilidade pelo bem (indicar novo respons\u00e1vel);<br \/>d) descri\u00e7\u00e3o do bem;<br \/>e) localiza\u00e7\u00e3o atual do bem;<br \/>f) localiza\u00e7\u00e3o de destino do bem;<br \/>g) previs\u00e3o de retorno do bem ao local de origem, se aplic\u00e1vel.<\/p><p>2 &#8211; Ap\u00f3s recebimento da solicita\u00e7\u00e3o devidamente formulada, o Setor de Patrim\u00f4nio elabora a Autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de Movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o (AM) e Termo de Transfer\u00eancia de Responsabilidade(TTR), quando aplic\u00e1vel, envia de volta ao solicitante para assinatura.<\/p><p>3 &#8211; O solicitante retorna ao Setor de Patrim\u00f4nio a AM assinada:<br \/>a) se a movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o for permanente, sem mudan\u00e7a de responsabilidade, o solicitante dever\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m assinar o TTR , que constar\u00e1 a nova localiza\u00e7\u00e3o do bem;<br \/>b) Se a movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o for permanente, com mudan\u00e7a de responsabilidade, o novo respons\u00e1vel dever\u00e1 assinar o TTR , que constar\u00e1 novos respons\u00e1vel e localiza\u00e7\u00e3o do bem;<br \/>c) em ambos os casos o TTR dever\u00e1 retornar assinado ao Setor de Patrim\u00f4nio via e-mail patrimonio@macae.ufrj.br;<br \/>d) se a movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o for provis\u00f3ria, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 necessidade de emiss\u00e3o de TTR.<\/p><p>4 &#8211;
