Mestre em Engenharia de Produ\u00e7\u00e3o (UCAM), MBA em Gest\u00e3o Estrat\u00e9gica de Pessoas (FGV), Esp. em Ergonomia e Projetos (COPPE &#8211; UFRJ), Esp. Ci\u00eancia de Dados (ANHEMBI MORUMBI). \u00c9 Neuropsic\u00f3logo pelo Departamento de Neurologia da Faculdade de Medicina da USP (HCFMUSP). Bacharel na \u00e1rea de Gest\u00e3o e Neg\u00f3cios pela (UNIMEP) Bacharel em Turismo e em Psicologia (UNESA) <br \/>Professor Adjunto do Instituto Polit\u00e9cnico (IPoli) do Centro Multidisciplinar &#8211; UFRJ Maca\u00e9 no Programa de Engenharia de Produ\u00e7\u00e3o, no qual atuou enquanto coordenador de curso entre os anos de 2016-2019. Enquanto Coordenador atuou em importantes demandas como o reconhecimento do curso pelo Minist\u00e9rio da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, Enade e Processos seletivos para docentes do quadro permanente. <br \/>Membro da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira de Ergonomia (ABERGO). Membro do Grupo de Pesquisa Engineering Systems Design da DTU Management. Atualmente coordena o N\u00facleo de Estudos em Gest\u00e3o, Ergonomia e Projetos (NEGEP-UFRJ), um laborat\u00f3rio dedicado as atividades de ensino, pesquisa e extens\u00e3o, do IPoli.<br \/>Na gradua\u00e7\u00e3o leciona as disciplinas de Engenharia do Trabalho, Psicologia do Trabalho, Projeto de Engenharia do Trabalho, Gest\u00e3o Estrat\u00e9gica, Projeto de Engenharia Organizacional. No Programa de Mestrado PRODBIO (UFRJ) \u00e9 professor colaborador e leciona a disciplina de Gest\u00e3o Estrat\u00e9gica.<br \/>Na extens\u00e3o coordena cursos na modalidade de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Executiva (Forma\u00e7\u00e3o Continuada), sendo eles: Gest\u00e3o Estrat\u00e9gica de Neg\u00f3cios; Economia Circular &amp; Neg\u00f3cios Sustent\u00e1veis; Inova\u00e7\u00e3o &amp; Transi\u00e7\u00e3o Energ\u00e9tica; Gest\u00e3o em Ergonomia, Fatores Humanos e Seguran\u00e7a Operacional. <br \/>Professor conselheiro do Projeto Enactus Maca\u00e9, esta iniciativa \u00e9 parte de uma rede internacional de colabora\u00e7\u00e3o voltada para o desenvolvimento do empreendedorismo social. <br \/>Na pesquisa atua principalmente nos seguintes temas: Engenharia de Gest\u00e3o; Engenharia do Trabalho; Desenvolvimento &amp; Opera\u00e7\u00e3o de Sistemas de Produtos e Servi\u00e7os; Economia Circular &amp; Neg\u00f3cios Sustent\u00e1veis; Inova\u00e7\u00e3o em Organiza\u00e7\u00f5es &amp; Lugares; e Projetos de Sistemas Participativos. <br \/>Organizador e coautor dos livros Organiza\u00e7\u00f5es e Sociedade: Pr\u00e1ticas e Pesquisas em Trabalho, Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e Sa\u00fade &#8211; Volumes I e II. <br \/>Foi integrante da equipe avaliadora do Pr\u00eamio Nacional de Inova\u00e7\u00e3o &#8211; CNI (2016 -2019). aria-labelledby=\"perfil-do-profissional-de-engenharia\"><p>With innovative conception, engineering undergraduate courses implemented by UFRJ on Campus Maca\u00e9, under guidance and responsibility of the Polytechnic School, were chosen after a careful process of analyzing regional needs and understandings with companies, municipal government and local entities representing civil society<\/p><p>The option made by civil engineering courses, mechanical engineering and production engineering allowed to create a flexible structure that admits varied curriculum compositions based on the combination of disciplinary segments of these courses. The innovative character of the proposition of the courses presents itself under its main aspects:<\/p><ul><li>Disciplinary contents that extend the intellectual and technical-scientific horizon of engineer training and make it consider not only the strictly technological consequences of their professional doing;<\/li><li>Disciplinary segmentation of curricular structures of courses, allowing the construction of distinct curricular compositions and skills and skills, based on the academically oriented interest of the student from the point of view of its future professional exercise.<\/li><\/ul><p>Engineering courses should have, among its objectives, to train engineers with skills and skills for contents and methods that:<\/p><ul><li>Sufficient to identify and delimit, in the fields of knowledge of each specialization, a given situation, that is, a specific problem of that \"their\" engineering; and be able to solve it;<\/li><li>Are sufficiently broad and inter articulated so that they can recognize, in correlated domains of knowledge, of which other technical-scientific specialization, even beyond engineering, the given situation is also a specific
